What is your Refund / Reship policy?

A package is considered lost after 14 business days. If at that point the package still has not been located, we will refund or reship at our discretion. Contact us via email for more information.

Yes, all of our cigars have been purchased from authorized Habanos retailers and are guaranteed to be authentic.

Do you open your boxes prior to shipping?

We try to ship all boxes sealed. There is the possibility that you may receive an open box. This is done to guarantee quality.
